As part of the company Quality Assurance Programme, OMJ conducted another recent phase of audits on our Gas Mains Replacement teams working on the Cadent network. The award for highest performing team went to Tom Harrison and Kellan Thatcher. The pair have been involved in the execution of a number of tricky project assignments in recent weeks and despite challenging conditions, the pair demonstrated a high level of due care and attention to successfully complete the projects on programme and to also achieve a 99% scoring in their Team Performance Audit in the process.
To recognise their performance and continued commitment to working safely and to complement OMJ’s Health & Wellbeing programme the pair were awarded with a certificate and a spending voucher for JB Sports.
Cadent Gas owns, operates and maintains the largest natural gas distribution network in the United Kingdom, transporting gas to 11 million homes and businesses across West Midlands, North West England, East of England and North London.
Speaking following the team’s success, OMJ’s Managing Partner, Mark Jordan endorsed the performance of the team, “OMJ identify the importance of maintaining an assurance programme within the Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental channels of our delivery model. We have seen with Tommy and Kellan the merits of continuous improvement and mentoring however it is the pair’s motivation and ever increasing knowledge base that is allowing them to perform in a safe, considerate and productive manner’
