Quality Assurance Officer Role
Due to recent contract successes, OMJ are currently seeking for a Quality Assurance Officer to help ensure that the organisation meets all its quality/regulatory requirements
Duties:
- Plan, carry out and document quality audits
- Support the preparation and submission of technical documentation
- Ensure that client objectives & requirements are understood and met
- Use root cause analysis to address problems and identify trends
- Maintain and coordinate risk assessments
- Support the operation teams for all construction related tasks
- Reporting all on all quality issues
- Create board and analysis reports for analysis and trend identification
- Evaluation of suppliers and subcontractors
- Conduct and support complaints & investigations
- Maintain register of our legal and compliance requirements
- Maintenance and upkeep of our cloud-based management system
- Control of documented information and maintenance of file structures
- General admin duties and management support
Experience required:
- Experience in a construction related environment
- General administrative or officer duties
- Previous experience with ISO 9001 would be advantageous
- Previous experience in a quality assurance role would be advantageous
- Driving Licence would be advantageous but not essential
